With over 10 years experience, she has assisted numerous companies in various industries both in the United Kingdom and Tanzania in developing and implementing Environmental and Energy Management Systems to international ISO and IFC E&S standards.

Lilian is passionate about finding new and innovative value propositions for clients in ensuring their environmental compliance comes second nature with their business systems. She holds a BSc (CHons) in Environmental Science and Technology from Aston University and an MSc in Carbon Management from the University of Edinburgh.

Nicholaus Mwageni has more than 10 years industry experience and is our in-house Environmental Impact Assessment and Environmental Audit expert. He has been involved in hundreds of projects spanning all corners of the country. Nicholaus holds a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Science and Technology and an MSc in Environmental Technology and Management from Ardhi University.

Nuru Mwantimwa is our Associate Sociologist and has been involved in numerous Environmental & Social Impact Assessment and Environmental Audit projects spanning various industries.
